If you are currently looking for a realtor in the Raleigh area, we highly suggest reaching out to Ahmed Mustafa. My husband and I moved from NY to Raleigh a few years ago and started looking into buying a house at the end of 2022. Ahmed was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area and the market. Right away he gave us zip codes in the area to look into, zip codes we may want to avoid, and listened to what we were looking for. We were not always the “easiest” buyers - we looked at over 9 houses over the span of about a year until we found “the one”! He never made us feel annoying for continuously looking at houses, or pausing our search for a few months. He would always check in with us, see how we were doing, and was there when we were ready to start the search again! Any time we saw a house we wanted to see in person, he would be available that day and was super flexible with timing (we would meet after work, lots of times around 6pm and he was always happy to do so). When we finally found a house we loved and checked all of the boxes, Ahmed guided us through the offer stage, negotiations, and always advocated for us. He went to visit family internationally during our closing process, and still made himself fully available whenever we had questions or needed anything.
